About

One arm of a larger energy group.

Exusia New Energies is the new-energy and innovation arm of Exusia Energy International, a Nigerian energy group whose lineage runs back to ACRC, incorporated 2006. Within ENE, three businesses operate under their own banners. The capital, the operations team and the engineering culture are shared.

How we report

How we report figures.

Every statistic on this site and across our four websites carries an evidence tier and the date it was measured. If a figure cannot carry one, we do not publish it.

The group in full

Exusia Energy International is structured as a holding company with three arms. Exusia Power & Gas covers conventional power generation and gas. Exusia Fossil Energy covers the group's fossil-energy operations. Exusia New Energies, this arm, is the part of the group that does not run on hydrocarbons: solar, storage, electric mobility and energy-to-compute.

ENE was set up on the belief that Nigeria's energy problem is a solvable one, and that solving it is a more immediate commercial opportunity for the businesses and people willing to build it properly. We are here to build on that, not on rhetoric.

Built for the Nigerian context

Why this works here.

  • No large capital required

Power-as-a-Service, lease-to-own and financing across all three businesses. You replace a fuel bill, not a savings account.

  • Genuine products

Named manufacturers, real specifications, documented warranties. We do not sell grey imports.

  • End to end ownership

We install, commission, service and support. One accountable party rather than a chain of contractors.

  • Real-time monitoring

Every solar system is monitored remotely, every day, so a fault is found before you notice it.

  • Honest naira pricing

Prices published in naira on the business sites, with the assumptions stated. Nothing behind "price on request".

  • Nigerian-owned

Owned and operated from Lagos, with engineering, operations and capital in-country.
