Privacy notice
How Exusia New Energies and the other Exusia businesses use the personal data you share on our websites, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Who we are
Exusia New Energies is the group behind Exusia Green, Exusia Mobility and Exusia Digital. This notice covers the four Exusia websites (ene.com.ng, green.ene.com.ng, mobility.ene.com.ng and digital.ene.com.ng). We decide how the personal data you give us on these websites is used.
Questions or requests about your data: email info@ene.com.ng, call +234 805 722 6647, or write to Victoria Island, Lagos.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries, quotes and applications. What you type into a form (for example your name, phone number, email, location and message) and any files you attach. We use it to reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver what you asked for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Newsletters and alerts. Your email address and the lists you choose, only after you confirm by email. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email.
- Payments. When you pay online, Paystack processes your card or bank details. We receive the amount, the reference, your email and whether the payment succeeded. We never see or keep your card number.
- Visits to the website. Our own analytics count page views, the pages people arrive from, device type and how far people scroll. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address: a visitor is counted with a code that changes every day. Raw visit records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals are kept.
- Cookies and similar tools. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and advertising tags from Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok run only if you agree in the cookie banner. See our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the websites, and only for that purpose: Hostinger (website hosting and email), Paystack (payments, when you pay), Cloudflare (spam protection on forms, when switched on), and, only with your consent, Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok for analytics and advert measurement. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own terms. Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 allows for such transfers, such as the providers' data protection terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and their files: while we handle your request and for a reasonable time afterwards, so we can answer follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete them sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep them.
- Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
- Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Cookie choices: your choice is remembered for 6 months; our record of it is kept for 2 years so we can show we asked.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy; correct it; delete it; stop or limit using it; move it to another provider; and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before). You can also object to direct marketing at any time. Email info@ene.com.ng. We will reply as soon as we can and within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
Keeping your data safe
The websites use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Files you send with a form are stored in a private folder that is not on the public website, and only our staff can open them after signing in. Staff accounts are protected by passwords and can use two-step sign in.
